CHLOE'S GATOR PROCESSING
We skin, clean and process any size alligator.

Drop off is available 24 hours a day. Please contact Preston Sloan at (386)804-6758 before your hunt to coordinate. All alligators must
be tagged and accompanied by completed paperwork.

Alligators will be stored in a refrigerated cooler prior to processing. Typically, processing is complete within 48 hours of drop off. Once
you drop off your alligator, you have thirty (30) days to pay for and pick up your order. Hides will be kept in the refrigerated cooler.
Heads and meat will be frozen.

You can choose to have your hide removed with a flat skin or trophy skin. Flat skin has the belly portion of the hide intact. The head,
feet and scoots are removed. Trophy skin has the incision made down the belly. This produces a complete hide with the feet and
head remaining attached.

You can have your hide pressure washed to clean any and all meat remains from your hide. This is recommended. If you are sending
your hide to a taxidermist, be sure to check to see if this is required. Any hides you are coordinating with us to send to John Walker
Taxidermy
must be pressure washed.

Meat can be cubed or chunked. Cubed includes removing any fat or grissle, cutting meat into small pieces, and running the meat
through a cubing machine. This helps tenderize the meat. The meat is then bagged in 2.5 pound portions and boxed. Each box
contains two 2.5 pound bags. Chunk meat is just removed from the carcass and frozen in freezer bags.
